Fibrogammin® PHuman plasma coagulation factor XIII.
Powder and diluent (water for injections) for intravenous injection or infusion.
Therapeutic indications - Congenital deficiency of Factor XIII and resulting haemorrhagic syndromes, haemorrhages and disturbances in wound healing.
- Haemorrhagic diatheses caused in part by acquired Factor-XIII-deficiency, e.g. in acute cases of leukosis and liver diseases (acute phase in cirrhosis and dystrophy of the liver), and in consumption coagulopathy.
- To promote healing of wounds.
- To promote healing of bone fractures.
