Haemocomplettan® PHuman plasma fibrinogen concentrate.
Powder for solution for infusion (after reconstitution with water for injections).
Therapeutic indications Haemorrhagic diatheses in: - Congenital hypo-, dys- or afibrinogenaemia.
- Acquired hypofibrinogenaemia resulting from
- disorders of synthesis in cases of severe liver parenchyma damage.
- increased intravascular consumption as a result of disseminated intravascular coagulation and hyperfibrinolysis (see 4.4).
The most important clinical pictures associated with a defibrination syndrome are: Obstetrical complications, haemolysis after transfusion errors and intoxications, all forms of shock, injuries, operative interventions and tumours in the lung, pancreas, uterus, and prostate, liver cirrhosis and acute leukaemia.
